Products & pricing

Product descriptions, images, and prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion.

Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment through Shopify checkout. All prices are listed in the store's checkout currency unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our shipping policy for details.

Returns & refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unused items in original packaging. Contact us to start a return. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Limitation of liability

Nordic Trends and Cub Hugs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
