Free worldwide shipping

Every Cub Hugs order ships free worldwide — no shipping fees at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are packed with care. During busy periods, processing may take a few extra business days before your order leaves our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery estimates

After dispatch, most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your country and local carrier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking

When your package ships, we'll email you tracking details so you can follow your cub's journey. If you haven't received tracking within a reasonable time, contact us at nordictrends.info@gmail.com.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or customs charges charged by your country. These are separate from our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package appears lost, email us with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
